01General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mbb8 ("Platform", "We") governing your use of the website, services, games, and all features provided under the mbb8.click domain and all its subdomains.

Mbb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility as a Member to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the mbb8 platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion. mbb8 holds final authority in resolving any disputes relating to the platform.

02Member Eligibility

To use the mbb8 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Reside in or access the platform from a location where the use of such services is not prohibited under local law.
• Registering with truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
• Has never previously been suspended or banned from the mbb8 platform.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party — your mbb8 account is strictly for personal use.
• Not currently subject to an active self-exclusion on any gambling platform.

Mbb8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Individuals involved in mbb8's operations — including employees, contractors, business partners, and their immediate family members — are not permitted to register as playing members or claim any promotional bonuses.

03Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) mbb8 account active at any one time. This includes a prohibition on registering multiple accounts using the same name, the same phone number, different email addresses, the same device, or the same IP address.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and honestly:

• A valid and accessible email address.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Mbb8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved Malaysian payment methods, including:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, min RM 20.
• GrabPay – instant deposit, min RM 20.
• Boost eWallet – instant deposit, min RM 20.
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, min RM 20.
• DuitNow – instant deposits via local bank accounts.
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks) – online bank transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, mbb8 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount, in line with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts. VIP-tier members enjoy higher withdrawal limits. All withdrawals are subject to the completion of rollover requirements if there is an active bonus balance in the account.

Mbb8 does not accept any payment methods from outside Malaysia, including foreign payment methods. All funds must originate from an account registered in your own name — third-party transfers are not permitted.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Mbb8 offers a wide range of bonuses for its members, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

General terms applicable to all mbb8 bonuses:

• Minimum rollover: Each bonus has a rollover requirement as stated in the promotional details. Players must wager the specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Valid period: All bonuses have a specified validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.

The outcome of all games is final. mbb8 will not reverse or alter any game result except where there is a clear technical error or a demonstrable system failure. Any dispute relating to a game outcome must be raised within 48 hours from the time of the incident through mbb8's official customer support channels.

The use of any software, bots, automated tools, or other means designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited. mbb8 employs automated detection systems to identify suspicious playing behaviour, and any account found using such methods will be suspended and winnings forfeited.

For Live Casino games — baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette, and sic bo — players agree that all outcomes determined by the physical dealer in the studio environment are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of chance or "luck" alone.

07Member Conduct

Mbb8 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any breach of these conduct terms, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

08Account Suspension & Termination

Mbb8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Duplicate account registration.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Bonus abuse or promotion exploitation.
• Inappropriate conduct toward staff or other members.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, mbb8 will contact you via your registered email or phone number within a reasonable timeframe. For terminations resulting from a breach of these Terms, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned at mbb8's discretion once the investigation is concluded.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mbb8 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any valid cash balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms.

09Limitation of Liability

The mbb8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mbb8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
